Guest guest
I have mixed feelings about having a website that lists packaged foods that SCDers use. One the one hand, it could be a valuable resource for people who are advanced in the SCD or need to use packaged foods and wish to know the risk based on other SCDers experience. On the other hand, I think it could be a problem for new SCDers and may dilute the SCD philosophy of controlling what you eat (make your own, make your own, make your own). Perhaps careful wording and warnings on such a site could ameliorate these issues. I have given some thought to how that website might function. Have a look at http://wp.me/pgeKH-41 to see the sketch I did for such a site. I think the main power of this sort of design would lie in the amount of data collected in the polls. For instance, if 1000 people participated in a poll on Penzeys garlic powder, the results of that poll would be more valuable then if 10 people took the poll.
