Guest guest Posted October 16, 2009 Report Share Posted October 16, 2009 I recently bought the 25lb bag and very pleased, the flour is finely ground, no lumps, etc. . . use it for all baking. The first time I ordered 5lb bag and it didn't last long with all the muffins, waffles etc that I make on a weekly basis.
