They just tell me "well there is nothing we can do about it if it is the sarc, we're sorry." I am very depressed right now. Please tell me I have the strength to fight this thing that is taking me over so quickly

You do have the strength that you need to fight this thing. You do.

I know it seems as though you are climbing a mountain right now-- and the peak is nowhere in sight-- but believe me, it's there.

When you get to this place of being so overwhelmed, give yourself permission to sit back, relax, take some deep breaths, and know that you are being taken care of.

It is so important that we do this for ourself. You will find that you do have the strength and fortitude to handle this. So take that slow, deep breath in-- and gently, slowly, let it out -- and do this over and over- staying focused on your breath. Feel the coolness of the air on your upper lip as you breath in through your nose, then as you exhale, slowly-- be aware of how warm the air has become-- you can feel the warmth on your upper lip. Focus on this-- and gently let yourself become calm as you slowly breath in and out-- and let the universe take care of you.

You have a support system in place, and you can do this. A breath at a time.
