Meli,

Yes you can mix the protein powder in with foods that you are eating right

away, you do have to be careful of the heat. You can make protein pancakes

with protein powder, but not add it to coffee or hot coco (most brands) due

to the " high " heat will also kill the protein properties. I add it just

before I eat the potatoes, I have also taken powdered milk and added that.

There is extra protein in the powder and I have found I like the flavor

better. Side note: I mix my potatoes with a little butter, salt and chicken

stock/broth. I make my own chicken stock/broth. The added milk powder seems

to give it a creamier taste. Maybe it is in my head, but I can tell the

difference. I have also mixed it in with the gravy along with chunks of

chicken (or shreds, whatever mood I am in). I hope this helps!!
