It may interest you to know what you have accomplished. Maybe I'm overly sensitive to criticism; I'm willing to own that. But

you've effectively created an atmosphere where I am unwilling to EVER speak up again with the exception of defending myself as I am in this post. No more will I post anything in response to someone else. The hurt of that is, that's how we establish relationships with one another. That's how we reach out and how others reach us. I'm hurt but at least you who want people to only post according to your vision of what should and shouldn't be said have the triumph of 'winning'.

Please, please don't withdraw like that Gobo. Each of us come to this place with our own lifetime of pain and rejection. Often this comes out in our impassioned responses to someone else's pain or strong feelings.

Just as you express suppoert for others (I have enjoyed many of your posts), and are asking fro respect for your own views, please allow others to express themselves too. Please don't take in onto yourself, taking on rejection or critisism, even if it seems very pointed in your direction.

Please see that these are people who are in the same boat as you, maybe rowing in a different direction on this topic, but kindred souls just the same. I taped a little waying on my bathroom morror a few weeks ago (it actually came from a guy on Oprah) It is, "what would I do if I were a wise and compassionate person?"

I think you'd forgive understand and tolerate. Take a little time if you need it, just please don't cut yourself off from all the many, many wonderful people on this list (you are one of them) (((((hugs)))))))
