Guest guest
OK, OK, I am confused. I am in the medical field, but unsure if this is the same that I am thinking of..go figure, I usually am a few short of a full deck at times..I have always said I was born with blonde roots (no offense to blonde's out there), or just having a brain fart!! ADEK's are Vit A, D, E, & K. right?? I also keep hearing/reading of ordering it off the web?? Yes I am new here, and a confused premie, but a little help would help this cloud of confusion right now. Thanks!! No matter how hard a bear tries, he WILL NOT lose weight without exercise!! ~Winnie the Pooh Lots Of Love.... lynn _________________________________________________________________ Get your FREE download of MSN Explorer at http://explorer.msn.com

Go to http://www.cff.org (Cystic Fibrosis Foundation) --you can get them for half price there. Register either on the web or by printing out the form and FAXing it in. Once accepted, have your doc phone in a prescription for ADEKs (ask for 120 at a time on the Rx, which will come to $26 and qualify for free postage) The other way is to order from Scandipharm at twice the price ($26 for 60 tabs). P.S., the registration form qualifies you as having cystic fibrosis. If your ethics bother you, call their free number and 'fess up. They will tell you that you do not need to have CF, and that malabaorptive intestinal surgery is sufficient to qualify you. My first order is on the mail. Thanks to others on the list who clued me in. --Steve
Guest guest
: I understand your statement but don't really seem to find a question in there though you end by saying you would like some help. Yes, ADEKs are made up of vitamins A, D, E and K and are chewable and in a form absorbable by those who have severe malabsorption problems. Those are the fat soluble vitamins which are generally not absorbed from your multi-vitamins. You can order them on the web at http://www.axcanscandipharm.com/. You can order them by phone and credit card at 1-. Finally you can give the address to a pharmacy and most will order it for you. They are available non-prescription but some doctors will write you a prescription for them which will allow you to be covered by your insurance. Hope that covered your question, whatever it was.
