How long was she on the diet? The beginning is not easy, and the " die-off " can

make you feel bad at first.

Also, it is best to stay strictly on the intro. Juicing is raw- I would wait for

that. Pecanbread.com recommends cooking, and even pureeing fruits and vegetables

as it helps break down the starches which is easier on digestion.

I would suggest if your sister starts again to follow the stages on

pecanbread.com strictly. She can post here for support!

black currant seed oil is best) a fatty acid that the body converts to a

hormone-like substance called prostaglandin E1 (PGE1). PGE1 has

anti-inflammatory properties and may also act as a blood thinner and blood

vessel dilator. Linoleic acid, found in flax oil and other vegetable oils should

theoretically convert to PGE1. Many things can interfere with this conversion,

however, including disease; the aging process; saturated fat, hydrogenated oils;

blood sugar problems; and inadequate vitamin C, magnesium, zinc and B Vitamins.

Supplements that provide GLA circumvent these conversion problems, leading to

more predictable formation of PGE1. "

black current seed oil and I don't even know where to begin to learn about the

processing although I need to look into cranberry seed extract too.
