I've been trying to find some information regarding whether or not these

magnesium tablets are legal or not.

Here's a list of the ingredients:

Magnesium

L-lactate

dihydrate

polyethylene glycol

microcrystalline cellulose

carnauba wax

stearic acid

calcium stearate

D&C Yellow No. 10

Legal or not?
