OT- LDN file for BTVC-SCD group

Hi Everyone..

I have some time now and I am feeling much better.

I want to make an extensive file about LDN with a description of what it is and

resources people can look into.

This way we can refer people to the file when the subject comes up so the SCD

group doesn't become like and LDN group defacto. LOL.
