Guest guest
Hi, I'm having a hard time finding a good SCD cracker so I'm looking for suggestions. Preferably I would like a dehydrated cracker that will store well over long periods of time, rather than a baked one that will last only a week or so. I realize I could bake some and freeze them, but at this point I have very precious limited freezer space! I'm just looking for more things I can store in my cupboard. Anyone know a good dehydrator cracker recipe? I would prefer something with no (or not too much) nuts. I do well with coconut flour and cheeses. Thanks, Kat

I notice the recipes call for eggs, do you bake them first or just dehydrate and eat them raw? I bake them, per the recipe. Then I turn them out on the dehydrator trays and crisp them over night. Any of these crackers, dried overnight, and then sealed in a moisture proof container, will last for months. — Marilyn New Orleans, Louisiana, USA Undiagnosed IBS since 1976, SCD since 2001 Darn Good SCD Cook No Human Children Shadow & Sunny Longhair Dachshund
