Guest guest
When I weighed 285 pounds until I got down below 190 pounds, Curves really helped me loose the weight. I think that when I lost below that, my body really needed more exercise than Curves provided. I really loved the camaraderie (friendship) and routine at Curves, but I needed more to keep loosing more weight and to have a more personalized workout. So, I eventually quit Curves and joined 24 hour fitness, where I got a few sessions with the personal trainer who gave me a workout routine that concentrated on my physical needs. Curves is a great place to start, but they do have their limits. (besides their limited hours) --Sandi (down 140 pounds) > Hi Jenni, > my 10% is 30 lbs. it'll be tough but worth it.
