Guest guest
I have both refined and virgin coconut oil, and I just did some online research about the difference between the two. I couldn't find whether the refined still has antimicrobial properties. What I did find was that VCO is apparently super good for you, since it has medium chain triglycerides. However, the refined isn't. It's processed in a way that makes it hydrogenated, or something, but in short it didn't sound like it was good for you. Anyone have thoughts on this? I have a whole jar and I don't want to waste it, but I don't want to harm my body. Should I use it? Or maybe some brands of refined coconut oil are okay? I think I have spectrum. Thanks!
