Guest guest
, It would be best for you to look for LDN resources here and ask questions; http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/lowdosenaltrexone/ LDN can cause sleep disturbances in the begining but they eventually resolve (I had this happen to me and I have a history of insomnia. No, it is not the funnest thing to go through.. But it is so worth it) LDN really works well with the SCD as LDN has been observed to be most effective with anti-Candida diets.. And since SCD is naturally anti Candida it's like a perfect match. Naltrexone is an approved drug. LDN is an " off label " usage of Naltrexone. I am unsure of how you find a physician in Canada that will work with you. The LDN group can give you resources as there are many Canadians on it. Some people even make LDN on their own which according to Art is not a difficult thing at all. My mom was able to reverse 30 years of laxative dependence with horrid C with the diet. Have you tried oxgynated Magnesium at all? Hang in there, Jodi
Guest guest
Hi Jodi, Thanks so much for the information. I'll check out the link and read up on it. I haven't tried oxygenated magnesium but I've tried citrate and oxide. Magnesium gives me heartburn... But it's worth trying the oxygenated one. One never knows!!! Thanks again, *************** > > It would be best for you to look for LDN resources here and ask questions; > > http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/lowdosenaltrexone/ > > LDN can cause sleep disturbances in the begining but they eventually resolve (I had this happen to me and I have a history of insomnia. Guest guest
, I didn't think about that. My mom and I don't have GERD. I used the oxygenated Mag for my colonoscopy clean out and it made me a bit queasy. It needs to be followed by a glass of fresh squeezed lemon juice in order to " activate " this type of mag. I think this might really increase your symptoms with the GERD- so nix the whole oxygenated mag idea. If you ever choose to try it- get the products the raw foodists use. Other combos are just not as easy on the body. Jodi
