Guest guest Posted August 22, 2009 Report Share Posted August 22, 2009 I've been trying to tweak my diet lately tho make it something that my body can handle and tolerate. Right now I'm eating: Beef chicken fish turkey carrots zucchini yogurt honey lemon juice pecan butter eggs celery juice onion garlic butter coconut oil olive oil What I'm wondering is when to stop tweaking and just give my body time to adjust and heal. I'm still having symptoms, mainly loose stools and some cramping. No blood or mucous or anything. I've always had a hard time knowing whether certain foods bothered me, and it hasn't gotten any better, so I still kind of don't know what to do. Should I just keep tweaking and experimenting or leave it at that for now? BTW I'm off prednisone now =) But my doctor's still making me take iron pills grf =( Pour Dieu, pour terre, Alyssa 15 UC April 2008, diagnosed Sept 2008 SCD June 2009 (restarted) No meds!
