Could i add a tablespoon or so to my yogurt while it ferments to thicken it up? I know about dripping but i use my batch of yogurt in 2 days, its a major part of my SCD diet. Dripping would make it so i have to make a new batch daily probably! Also i was wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of high calorie foods. WITHOUT nut butters. I am on my 2nd month and nuts and nut butters just kill me, its really pretty painful. I must stick to soft food. I eat 2 large yogurt smoothies with coconut and olive oil mixed in for 1200 calories a day. Then i eat 4-5 chicken breasts or the equivalent in pork or ground beef, i eat 3-4 eggs and an avocado or two, Typically i eat at least 3 bananas as well. I went on fitday and daily i take in about 3700 calories, but i am just getting skinnier and skinnier.
