Poor metabolizer or not, these drugs work on the brain. As Dr. Healy said, there is no evidence whatsoever that low serotonin levels are responsible for depression, so what happens when serotonin is elevated IN THE BRAIN??? People go crazy. I don't doubt that the P450 theory is valid, but how do you KNOW you poorly metabolized Prozac after a while? Did you have a test? A theory only holds water to me if someone can say, " Joe Blow (who killed his whole family while on Paxil) had insufficient quantities of P450. " Otherwise, to me, Joe Blow whacked his family because Paxil affected his BRAIN whether he had enough P450 or not. Blind Reason a novel of espionage and pharmaceutical intrigue Think your antidepressant is safe? Guest guest
Betty, Came into the middle of the conversation, but what is his desire to be in the front yard? This sounds just like my . He loves weeds/sticks and will do ANYTHING to get outside and wander. Had the cops over several times searching for him because he runs so fast and then he doesn't realize where he is at. I can reason with and say, K you were bad no more outside today because you went in front yard etc. Could this help? Also, my occupational therapist believes that he is running because of sensory issues. He runs where he can be in touch with where his body is? I feel for you don't give up. There is an answer. I've shed many tears over just this situation. Hang in there. Barbara

Are you working with a naturopath or alternative physician? That might be a good idea... ~Emma _________________________________________________________ > ________________________________________________________________________ > > Message: 12 > Date: Fri, 25 Nov 2005 15:31:40 -0000 > From: " Faith " <Faithiegirl538@...> > Subject: Getting Worse > > I used to have ok days with times of die-off.
