Newbie- Difference in year BTVC book was written?

Hi,

New here-with a question? We live over an hour from a book store.I wanted to

check out the prices of the BTVC book on line. But there seems to be an older

and then newer edition of this book.Which is better? Best place to buy on line ?

I will still probably wait to see the book at a book store before purchasing it

on line at a cheaper price, though.
