Like Corn Meal, or Corn Starch etc..? Hi , It depends on the kid. Mine don't tolerate corn syrup well, but seem okay with some corn starch. Corn meal would most likely be a problem because it has the protein in it. Some on this list have to be as strict with corn as they are with gluten and casein. I think it is worth experimenting before you eliminate all forms of corn, because knowing that you can use a little corn starch, or some xanthan gum, will make life easier than it would be if you eliminated all traces of corn and you didn't really have to.
