Me and my boys have been on the diet for about 3 weeks now. I have two

reasons I wanted to be on the diet, for one it would be easier to prepare

meals if we were all on it and two I have Crohn's Disease and thought it

might help. Well, Wednesday while the boys were in school, my mom, sister and

I went out to lunch and I definitely ate things I probably shouldn't have.

All day yesterday and today my stomach has been hurting and today I've had

diarrhea and have been throwing up. This is the first time since starting the

diet that I've felt like this and wonder if it was because of going out to

lunch. My question is if that is true then how long does it take to get out

of the system?

My boys are also doing good on the diet. They wouldn't eat at first, but now

I think they know it makes them feel better. who is Autistic has been

less stimmy and is doing much better in school. who is ADHD on the

other hand seems to have gotten much worse. He has already been to the

Principle's office twice this week for fighting and is back talking a lot

more. I wonder why it's affecting him differently? Maybe it will take him

longer on the diet to show some benefits? I don't know I guess everyone is

different. Does anyone here know if this diet helps kids with ADHD or makes

it worse? Thanks
