Guest guest
I am so depressed. In JUly we tested for casomorphim and gliadorphin and the casomorphin was 23.5 and gliadorphin in normal limits. Now our results show caso 49.3 and glia 111.6. How in the world? He has been on this diet 11/2 years and I know he gets nothing different from 6 months ago. Can these tests be wrong? I'm beginning to believe I am wasting my money. Between this and the yeast issue I am ready to give up. Anyone one else experience an increase in these peptides after being on the diet this long? Guest guest
We only did the peptide test at the beginning, and then only as something to convince us that he needed it. I'd go back to the lab and ask how he could have such high numbers and see if they have any theories. We aren't planning on retesting peptides. It is disappointing, for whatever reason, that you are getting such screwy numbers. Alice OT:Urinary peptides > I am so depressed. Guest guest
These test have false positives and other substances including corn and soy can give high readings. A higher number from your baseline may not mean anything. If you are getting good results with a casein and gluten free diet then continue.
