Guest guest
Spectrum, has a new " spread " out. As long as soy is not a problem. It is non-hydrogenated! Organically grown ingredients.....with omega 3 &4 & 6. Has anyone seen or tried? If it has a U pareve, is it GFCF?
Guest guest
I think U pareve means it's GFCF. At least I hope so. I just bought Fleishmann's unsalted margarine because I saw it listed on the GFCFDiet site and it says U pareve on it. ~Amy Pages scrapped in 2001: 12 My goal for 2001: 100 pages Check out our family webpage! www.boswellfamily.homestead.com Re: Digest Number 2749 (butter) > Spectrum, has a new " spread " out. Guest guest
Oh no, let me correct myself. Brain's in a fog over here. I believe U pareve means it's just dairy free. Sorry about that! ~Amy Re: Digest Number 2749 (butter) > I think U pareve means it's GFCF. At least I hope so. Guest guest
I think the U part is who inspected it? I was not aware " pareve " meant it could still have casein. Thanks for clarifying. I did check the label just to be sure. At least the kosher markings give you a place to start looking anyways. ~Amy Pages scrapped in 2001: 12 My goal for 2001: 100 pages Check out our family webpage! www.boswellfamily.homestead.com Re: Digest Number 2749 (butter) > U might not mean dairy free, be careful, creamer is " paerve " , but it has > casein in it, therefore you can have it, just not with meat...the jewish > codes get confused....KP means no corn however WAHOO!-Shari
