Guest guest
Hi everyone, It seems like I read somewhere, (but unfortunately I can't remember where) how much xanthan gum to use per cup of GFCF flour when you are trying to make recipes not specifically developed as GFCF. Can anyone help me? I have been all over the GFCF website and can't find it, so I must have read it somewhere else. Thanks, J- Graham (PDD-NOS, ADHD) and Hayley's (mild ADD) mom
