Thanks for the update.

How are you doing? Are you still trying to teach?

Laurie,

Thanks for thinking of me. I am doing okay. Yes, I am still

trying to teach. I am running on fumes right now though. My 3 hours a

day as a reading associate would be okay, I think, if I could keep it to

3 hours. I should know better as I put in a lot of extra hours when I

was a full time teacher as well. I know you know how easy it is to do

that. I know I really need to start pacing myself again. I am doing

okay though. How are you feeling lately? Has your house come together

any more in the past week or two?

Smiles,

I am doing fine. Since I stopped teaching and can do things as I feel

up to it, I am doing much better. The cramping is getting bad again,

so I guess it is time to get some more blood tests.

Please take care of yourself. I know how dedicated you are and how

important the kids success is to you, but you have to take care of

yourself first. It was a hard thing for me to learn, but I found that

others can step in and provide good service to the kids. I also know

that the time has to be right.

My house is still in progress. The walls in the family room and

kitchen (actually one long room) have been painted. I am going to pick

out carpeting today. I'm hoping all the small jobs get done in here,

so once the cupboards come, those rooms will be ready to use. Then it

will be on to my bedroom. I am having that painted this week-end. One

of the young workers has just gotten his own place, so I am trading a

coffee table and end tables for his work.

Thanks for checking up on me.
