Toffutti makes a good American cheese. It does well in a grilled cheese

sandwich as long as you don't melt it too much (and you have to eat it while

its still warm to taste good). Can't swear to the gfcf status. My

understanding is that the manufacturers that they buy some of the ingredients

from will not disclose their ingredients. As a matter of fact, I went to buy

some this morning and they were completely sold out and have been backordered

for quite some time.

We're using Tofutti mozzarella slices with no bad effects. They will not

guarantee 100% GFCF since there may be traces from the flavorings they use.

Try Tofutti Brand CF/GF Mozzarella cheese- it's pretty good!! Available at

Health Food Stores (if they don't have it ask them to order it for you)

Good Luck,

Pam
