We have been gfcf for almost 9 months now. My daughter's original peptide test

showed over 100 for casein. I gave my daughter a slice of gf bread which she

ate before I realized it contained whey powder, and was thus not cf. ( DUH on my

part). Anyway, there was no reaction whatsoever that we noticed. What does

that mean?
