Guest guest
What results do you see with the Epsom Salt baths? We have never tried this. Guest guest
Michele, Does have problems with relaxation or sleep? (3 1/2 asd) has had big time problems with sleep. We've gone night after night with him getting up around 1 or 2 and not going back down until 6 or 7. Right now the epsom salt baths are part of our regimen that also includes the drug clonidine and the Ferber method. Our results so far have been encouraging. He sleeps through the night sometimes and when he does get up, he usually goes back to sleep pretty quickly. Pat in Ohio
Guest guest
Pat, Thanks for responding so quickly. No, my son doesn't seem to have a sleeping problem. So I suppose the baths aren't necessary. Though they would probably be a good suggestion for my friends with non- autistic kids having sleep problems similar to your sons.
