Guest guest
To anyone who may be able to help, My son is taking the following: 1/2 tsp. Super Nu Thera powder 1/2 tsp. DMG liquid 1/2 tsp. Multivitamin w/fluoride liquid 1 capsule COQ10 1 capsule Culturelle (Acidopholus) 3/8 tsp of Nystatin powder (1/8 tsp 3x a day) How am I supposed to give my 3 1/2 yr. old son all of these? Currently, everything but the Nystatin goes in his morning juice. Sometimes it takes him all day to drink it and he then doesn't get enough fluids. I'm supposed to increase the SNT, but am afraid he won't drink the juice if it tastes any worse. The Nystatin is so bitter that I can only get him to take it in very sweet things. He won't eat apple sauce or puddings so I've been putting a little in jelly with PBJ's. We're supposed to be giving 1/8 tsp. 3 times a day, but are nowhere near there and can't imagine how many PBJ's it would take. Any suggestions? Can any of these be put together in one liquid supplement that tastes good? Any helpful comments would be appreciated. My recipe: 1/2 banana 1/2 c frozen mixed berries 1/4 c rice milk 1/4 c calcium OJ Any supplements still needed for the day Mix them together in a blender, and serve in a cup with a straw (and a lid!) My " measurements " are guesses; I just use what looks right. Brett has one of these every afternoon, and most days it's the ONLY healthy thing he gets, but he LOVES them! My older 4 kids usually beg for their own, too! Enjoy- Sue
