Guest guest
We just made the modified version of Noah's Loaf tonight, and it came out gummy inside--beautiful outside. It couldn't have cooked any longer without being too done on the outside. When I was reading the directions, it said for bread, the dough should be thick almost like cake batter, so I added more carbonated water to it, which is probably why it was gummy. My question is if I should have left the extra water out, and if so, what is the dough supposed to look like? Mine was pretty thick. Thanks! I follow the measurements exactly (I'm not an adventurous chef!), and divide the batter into 10 muffin tins. My kids eat these as biscuits with margerine and/or honey. Enjoy!
