Guest guest
Wow Sharon, that's way cool! Does he take an ES bath every night or at least regularly, and do you notice any type of regression if he doesn't get one? I just wonder if it's something that you have to stick with religously or if you can miss a week or so without seeing regression. Thanks, Jeannie >>>He stayed in the tub a long time. In the morning before school, without prompting, he put on his bike helmet and rode his bike. He used to walk his bike and refuse to wear the helmet while his sister rode her bike each morning. This was a totally unexpected outcome that has improved all of our lives. Sharon in Virginia>>>
Guest guest
I just wanted to comment that my son doesn't always do so well with epsom salt baths. I'm not trying to discourage anyone from doing these, but my son sometimes gets very difficult the next morning after an epsom salt bath (I use one cup of salts to his bath). It could be my water is crappy and it could be he's not soaking long enough. Right now, I only give him an epsom salt bath every 2 - 3 days, which seems ok for now. Does anyone else out there have this kind of reaction? I've read that for some people, the baths can be unpleasant. Thanks. Guest guest
Sharon, I think that's just wonderful. You must love seeing your son respond like that. I'm sorry that he's not feeling well right now. I soak my feet in ES and I just relish how it makes me feel. All cozy and relaxed. If it makes your son feel as good as it makes me feel then I can understand why he likes his salt baths. Jeannie Jeannie, >>>>I'm pretty sporadic..like today I am out of the stuff. I didn't mean to get anybody's hopes too high, but it was just as if my son knew it was good for him. And now, all I have to say is " Let's go take a salt bath " and he is scampering up the stairs. He just sits there and pours it all over himself, as if it goes directly to his brain. I'm beginning to think he knows more about what is good for him than I give him credit.>>>
