Guest guest
Hi: I tried to respond by hitting reply, but I having been losing all my messages that way. So...here goes again. I haven't tried the recipe yet, but it sounds like its easy enough to be worth a shot and I can make a bunch and freeze for repeat introductions. This is what it takes sometimes, for us anyway. 14 oz meat 1/2 c gf breading 1 egg or egg replacement 1/2 c water or rice/soy milk sea salt and pepper to taste 1 tsp flaxseed powder (optional) 1/4 to 1 c shredded veggie 1. make sure meat is cooked and pureed-not too much water. make sure breading is blended to a powder. make sure vegie is finely shredded. 2.put all ingredients into bowl and mix well. Make into little shapes for your child's small fingers. 3. heat oven to 350 degrees and bake until slightly browned on top (18-25 minutes) Good Luck, Tamara, mom to Ebony-3 yrs old, autistic _________________________________________________________________ Get your FREE download of MSN Explorer at http://explorer.msn.com
