Funny you mentioned this. This started happening to me a couple of months ago

about once a week. It happened a few years ago when my blood sugar was very

high and my feet felt very wierd--probably neuropathy from the high blood sugar.

Anyway, not sure why this has been happening lately but it usually comes when I

stop at the super Walmart after work around 5 pm at night after being up since

around 6 am and only getting about 5 or 6 hours of sleep.

So, being tired may definitely contribute to it.

Hi I bought a pair of earth shoes off of the internet on sale as they run

around $100.00 and they are also supposed to help with back support. I wore

these in the 70s and I loved them. My foot doctor said they are really good

shoes good luck just google earth shoes.
