I hope this is not too elementary, but since I'm not sure what's not

working for you, I will repeat the basics. To reply to a Mitoldies

message from the Yahoo site, 1. click on the message you want to reply

to. 2. click the " reply " button. That pops the selected message into

another screen/box. 3. In that box, type your reply above the message

you are replying to. 4.Click the " send " button. That's it. Your

message will appear in the Mitoldies lists of messages within a few

minutes.

If you are still having problems, above the message box you will see

in small blue print " post message help. " Click on that for further

help in posting messages. That may answer your questions.

Personally I get Mitodies posts in my email box like Sunny. This way

you avoid the hassles of the Yahoo interface and the frequent requests

for password etc. I then use an email filter to shuttle all Mitoldies

messages to one folder so they don't clog my main inbox. To receive

all Mitoldies posts in your personal email box, click on " edit

membership " at the top of the page (in blue print.) On that page you

will find options for how to read the group posts, and one is to get

them in your personal email box. Click that option and you will

receive all posts by email. It may take an hour or two to switch over,

but usually it is quick.

I don't usually post from the Mitoldies site, but I did this time just

to review the steps. You can always use that option if you know your

Yahoo password. If you've forgotten it, you can email Yahoo and ask

for your password or be assigned a new password.

Take care,

Barbara
