I understand not wanting to post Karyn's recipe so we buy the book (I

haven't yet), but can anyone tell me if it is the same recipe as other gfcf

books (I have all the Gluten free Gourmets and 's, and several

rotation diet cookbooks, etc.). I have yet to find an acceptable white

bread for my picky child and am getting desperate. Are there a bunch of

different recipes in there?

Actually, it was recently posted and it is in the archives so all you have

to do is go there and copy it. Go to GFCFKids messages and see if you can

get it by typing in Kayrn's name.

I think that it has been made with sorghum but I am not sure. BUT I am

going to try it since I have a lot of sorghum. Now that I have one decent

bread I am willing to try substituting other flours but right now I just

don't have time. My dh is having problems with his heart again and it seems

all the kids have to have at least one doctor's appointment this week.

Karyn's bread is the same as Marci's Soft White Bread from 's

Special Diets for Special Kids. They say that it MUST be made with

DariFree.

My microwave wore out a few years ago and I have never replaced it. I put

it in the toaster oven and it comes out good. You would have to play with

the settings to get it like you want it.
