I have a recipie calling for maple sugar and honestly I have never heard of it, so I am thinking it must be brown sugar, If it is not the same can I sub brown sugar? Guest guest
Brown sugar is molasses and sugar. Maple sugar would probably be what is left if you boiled down maple syrup, although I don't know this as fact. I would think you could substitute.
