Hi Leah, Contadina sauce and crushed tomatoes are GFCF. I even verify

every 2 months with the company just to make sure. I flavor it with

garlic, and believe it or not I even put 2 of the Applegate hot dogs in

it and the flavor from them in the sauce is sooooo gooood! I put a piece

of onion in it to as it cooks and then pull the onion out cause my little

guy doesn't like onion pieces in his food. He is also allergic to pork

so I can't use that for flavor. Sometimes I cook chicken in it or just

add a little of my homemade chicken broth into the sauce.

on Long Island, New York

I use Classico (nothing with cheese in it though, we like roasted

garlic) and I fix it up or else I make sauce from scratch. That is

the best way, but a lot of the time I feel lazy about sauce. I

believe Prego traditional is ok as well.

I use Classico, non cheese varieties.
