Guest guest
We ended up buying both, but I think we should have waited and just got the Kitchen Aide mixer. The bread seems to come out better when you make it with the Kitchen Aide and bake it in the oven. Also, you can split the recipes into smaller loaves which helps make them not so dense. Also, you can use half of the batter to make muffins - which my son really likes, especially when we put olives or GFCF pesto in them. I can make a half-way decent loaf in my Zojirushi bread machine, but by day three or four it is getting pretty dense. So - if you have the time to bake with the mixer it does end up giving you better bread.
