Guest guest
I think I remember hearing that got involved with autism because one of his producers on ER has an autistic child. So I am really confused about all of this. I assume that this person does not believe that their child's autism was caused by the vaccines, but how can they sell out fellow parents like that. If only one child becomes autistic because of the vaccines, that is too many!!!! I am furious!
Guest guest
All I have to say... is that the show was paid for. We must be getting to them - vaccine rates must be going down A jeffs mom

" I understand where you're coming from, but the producers of the show can say the same thing about non-vaccination and measles -- if only one non-vaccinated child dies from measles, that is too much. Clearly that was the message of the show. But it was very one-sided and disdainful toward the parent, and NBC needs to hear that. I am so angry I had trouble sleeping last night. The way they portrayed the mother as tentative and apologetic. The fact that they explained that the boy had encephalitis and what that was and then they cut immediately to an ad for a new vaccine that prevents pneumococal (sp) virus which could lead to encephalitis! They were obviously bought. I am so upset because I love that show and usually they are not so one sided in their depiction of stories, but this was propaganda. I would like to know who was involved in the writing sessions of that show because it wasn't up to their usual standard. I kept waiting for them to show the other side - the fact that people who are vaccinated get the diseases anyway, the number of children who have had negative reactions, including encephalitis and death. All the mother got to say was " You know they are not safe. " to which replied " I don't want to argue about this with you. " I also find it insulting propaganda that the female pediatrician called people who don't vaccinate their kids part of some " fringe group who think there is a conspiracy between doctors and pharmaceutical companies. " Well, I do now have proof that there is some connection between network televisions shows and pharmaceutical companies - thanks for enlightening me. I feel betrayed.
