Thanks for that bit of knowledge. I have been occasionally using the

marshmallow fluff for fudge.

Marshmallow fluff is gfcf. They have a website www.marshmallowfluff.com and

under FAQ it is asked if it is gluten free and it says yes and it is also

Kosher. Maybe we are not talking about the same product. There is no phone

# on the fluff I have. There is a picture of the product on the website so

you know which one to buy.

Marshmallow CREAM is not gfcf. The fluff must be okay. I think we are

talking about 2 different products and brands.

I have both Marshmallow Fluff and Marshmallow CREME.

The ingredients in the fluff (which is made by Durkee-Mower) are Corn Syrup,

Sugar, Dried Egg White and Vanillin. I thought the vanillin was NOT OK? Their

website is http://www.fluffernutter.com/ " >Marshmallow Fluff

The ingredients for Marshmallow CREME is Corn Syrup, Sugar, Water, Egg

Whites, Cream of Tartar, Artificial Flavor, Natural Flavor, Xanthan Gum and

Blue 1. Their website is http://www.jetpuffed.com/http://www.nabiscorecipes.com/jetpuffed/index.asp

Their phone number is 1-

I'm hoping at least one of these is OK. My boys love for me to make them

FluffNutter Sandwiches using Tapioca Bread.

Vanillin is NOT okay. I remember reading somewhere that the creme is not

okay. Maybe they changed the recipe. Either that or it has to do with the

natural flavoring.

I don't know but on the container for the creme it does say Pareve with a

circle around the letter K. Does that mean it is OK? When I get offline I

will call the company to make sure.

I called the company for the Jet-Puffed Marshmallow Creme (made by Nabisco)

and they even put me on hold to check with the dietary department and they

said it was gluten and casein free. I'm not sure if this is the same one we

are talking about but this one is from Nabisco and is definitely OK.

Oh, OK Thanks. I just remember there was some talk about Vanillin awhile back

and couldn't remember if it was OK or not.

Okay, I know we had this debate before. I think it came down to Vanillin

was high phenolic. However, not everyone is avoiding phenols, so to say its

not okay, I think we need to specify why.

Please clarify what criteria vanillin is not okay under.

Is it Gluten

Is it Casein?

Is it artificial or phenol?

Thanks
