Hand Mixers vs. Bread Makers

Which would be a better purchase, a Kitchen Aid mixer or a bread

machine for making bread. Which are the best bread machines

available. I would think the bread machine would be best because it

does everything for you. I am currenly casein free and dread doing

gluten free. My son is a sandwich lover. He eats bread three times

or more a day. So far I have tried the rice breads, and the tapioca

pre-made bread. Any suggestions? He is an extremely picky eater and

I figure if I can at least keep him GF on sandwiches for a month then

maybe he would expand his diet.

Sincerely,

B
