What are you talking about? Where did you read this information about

Pitocin? I also had it with my autistic son. I had it for about 7 hours or

so. I would love to read this. I knew a lot of woman had Pitocin on this

list, but I didn't know there was something actually written that it can

cause autism. Can you email me privately, thanks in advance.

--,

I had pitocin during my sons birth to induce a slow labor. I do not

blame myself, theres only so much we can know, and we have trusted

the medical profession. Thea

Hi all,

Alt.support.autism newsgroup had a good discussion about this about a year

ago. We even had our own unscientific survey. The result of the discussion is

that there didn't seem to be a definite pattern.

The role of vaccinations seem to have more of a pattern than pitocin.

And the doctor that rushed your delivery because he wanted to be somewhere

else? I wouldn't put that to the pitocin per se, I would put the burden on

the doctor for not putting your delivery first like you hired him to.

Yes, I did. Thank god when I was induced with my daughter my doctor chose a

new way. It was a pill that was inserted directly into the vagina. It was

much more like real labor. Anyone pregnant on the list, use this if

induction is necessary. Sorry I can't remember what the name of the drug

was.

Hi all,

I received Pitocin with my first child, who interestingly enough is my NT

(or as close as it comes) child. My baby, Graham, was a scheduled

C-section, was full term, but did receive the Hep B vax when he was one day

old...if I'd have known then what I know now.

Fondly,

J--Graham and Hayley's mom
