Guest guest Posted March 4, 2001 Report Share Posted March 4, 2001 It was my understanding that shrimp can contain gluten if it is farm-raised, because they are fed food pellet with wheat in them. You would have to carefully devein them because the vein is after all their digestive tract. For this reason we don't do shrimp at all unless I can be assured it was ocean caught - and shrimp is one of the things my son loves.
