Hi, I follow the GFCF diet fully as written in 'Special Diets for Special

Kids " by . It';s like a bible to me. You definetly should

read it as it explains this diet , gives recipes, etc.

I do not do an elimination diet, I had my son allergy checked and just

totally avoid all these foods that he is allergic to

(milk,wheat,soy,pork,peanuts,rice,chocolate and cashews) and also keep LJ

totally GFCF, with no artificial colors and no preservatives.

My son is a very good eater and will eat most of what I serve him. Any

colors, any textures, all is ok with him. I know though that alot of

autistic children do have serious food issues, one friend of mine has a

son that only ate foods that were tan in color.
