One capsule = 1/8 teaspoon. So the dose of 1/4 teaspoon = 2 capsules.

Because the Complete is...well, complete, you may want to watch and

see if she tends to need more with gluten/casein foods, or less with

fats (Complete has a lot of lipase), etc. The same quantity (and

therefore) results may vary depending on the food type.
