Information on infringements

Thank you to the responses I got from my last e-mail. Very happy to hear

there is no flaming here (left the last group for that reason). Anyways,

when you do plan an infringement how many capsules of each ( Houston enzymes)

do all of you use. My son just started today with 1 full capsule at dinner

and I will probaly start with 2 capsules tomorrow (lunch and dinner). Do you

give 2-3 at a meal if you plan on giving them say an icecream or is that only

done if the whole meal is not gfcf. We have been on the diet (strictly) for

almost 2 years so this is all new to me. How do you know how many to give

with what? Thanks again
