I was sorry to read about your Dad and want you to know that I’ll be

thinking of you. I know this must be a difficult time for you again and so

soon after losing your Mom. Laurie, I wouldn’t worry about the chat on

Monday. Your family commitment comes first.

It sounds like some of the moderators will be there. I'm not sure he

will still be in the hospital, but will probably still be there.

Thanks for thinking about us.

How are you doing? I haven't heard from you for some time.

I am sorry to hear about your husband's dx, I'm glad to hear he is

back at work. I hope you don't mind me asking about what kind of

specialist he sees for the clotting issue. I have high anti-

cardiolipin antibodies, which can lead to too much clotting, and my

MDA neuro wants to put me on aspirin to thin my blood. I have ulcers

so I'm not interested in permanently being on aspirin.

However, it seems that all hematologists (my first thought for a

blood issue) are now oncologists, and mainly treat leukemia. I was

looking into antibodies, and there seemed to be a connection to

rheumatology (I'm not sure how, I thought they did joint diseases).

I also know allergists handle antibodies in some way, but I don't

think the ACA are usually addressed by them.

Thanks,

RH

Hi ,

I am so sorry for your hubby. I am glad he is properly dx'd and knows the

treatment he will need, as that is always half the battle.

You have been helpful to me over the years and I greatly appreciate it. You

both are in my prayers and I wish you the best.

God bless,

Hazelpone
