Guest guest
I am new to the group with several questions. I just received my daughters food intolerance test reports from The Great Plains Laboratory. I am interested in the explanation anyone was given on the significance of lower numbers. She had 3's on Gluten,Wheat, and Rye; 2's on Cows milk and peanunts, and 1's on 23 other foods including soybean, eggs(white&yoke),and Potato's (sweet&white). Most of the post I see use the latter three foods as substitutes. What are the substitutes for soy, egg, and potatos? Do you even need to eliminate foods with a one beside them? You can email me privately if this question has been asked many times over. I am having trouble figuring out what to do next. Thanks
