If I remember correctly the dose would be 6 capsules a day for that weight.

Start out at 1/4 of that dose though and work your way up. It is also

suggested to give it in 2-3 doses a day with the last being given no later

than 4 PM. We don't give it after 3 P.M.. I also get the powder, and put her

second dose in her pudding in her school lunch- since without a Dr.'s order

they will not administer it to her. Hope this helps. Also weights the

same amount and we found that she does best with 2/3 of the recommended

dosage, at full dose she gets a little hyper.

I posted this yesterday. The correct dosage for his weight is 6 capsules a

day. Start out at 1/4 of the dose, try giving in 3 doses, with the latest

not given after 3 PM. weight the same as your child and does best on

about 2/3 the recommended dose. If you call Kirkmans I 'm sure they would be

more than happy to send you the sheet.
