Guest guest
I have been using Shaklee for several years now. I was so impressed that I started to sell it. I do some garage saling and I can get great bargains on stained clothes because I know I can get the stains out. I heard a psychologist talk about how the smell of chlorine bleach causes ADD kids to just go bonkers. If ADD why not AI? I use the Basic H to clean my carpets rather than the cleaner made for the machine. The best part is that there is no residue. I go barefoot most of the time and that residue on the carpet used to make my skin crawl. Now, it's gone. Unfortunately not all Shaklee products are GFCF but many are. I still use Kirkman labs to get the other things I need. But I think that taking the toxic cleaners out of your home is a must. Something is causing all these problems and it just has to be environmental. Autism aside, I have never heard of so many kids with allergies, asthma, etc. I had never heard of anyone with a peanut allergy when I was growing up. Now I know 3 kids! What is up with all of this! We don't have to worry about nuclear destruction, we are somehow slowing killing ourselves. I refuse to help myself commit suicide!! lol I also lost 40 pounds using a program developed by a Shaklee distributor. I had step throat 5 times in 1999 and none in 2000. Lets see what 2001 brings! Now I know 3 kids! What > is up with all of this! > My personal wild guess is that we have really done a number on our immune systems with immunizations, and our children are the 2nd generation impacted by it, so who knows how that affects the immunities we pass on to our children and then we keep injecting them with more vaccines. That and the toxins building up in the environment. I remember learning in history class how Romans ate off of lead plates and how dumb they were that they killed themselves. HA! Guest guest
Believe it or not I think Lysol, Ammonia, and Bleach are problems too. We over abuse cleaning products, we don't giveo ur bodies a chance to learn how to fight of bacteria & virals, not that a clean house isn't important, but a living in a sterile environment is not good for the system. Anytime you leave your sterile environment, you body is less able to fight off germs in public places. I have a friend who's kid is ALWAYS sick, and she is the most sterile person I know...I told her it's because at home her child is like the boy in the bubble, and once she leaves, she is up for attack! Guest guest
We use Dr. Bronner's Castile soap. You can go to www.drbronner.com to get it and it is in most health food stores. He has a lot of mumbo jumbo on the bottle but we have used it for years as body wash and I like to use it to wash the walls and some other things. It is a liquid soap which is good for hand soap at the sink. I usually dilute it half and half with water but some use it straight. Either way it will sud up for you, just doesn't make bath bubbles. Guest guest
I use sun and earth laundry and dish soap and handsoap (I use the handsoap for bubble baths)...They also make an all purpose cleaner that I squirt on stains on clothes and it works GREAT. No chemicals, and GF, ALSO CORN free!!!! I also use baking soda and water too. We have absolutely NO chemicals in our home because of Mason and the improvement is remarkable, and my house is clean too:) Debbie > We use Dr. Bronner's Castile soap.
