Guest guest
My son started sleepimg thru also the first week of the diet. If we have an infraction now like eating normal pizza he is up that night and the next until it leaves his body.
Guest guest
My daughter rarely slept through the night until we started the diet. Now if she gets a lot of gluten (she can tolerate small amounts - we don't give it to her, but slipups happen) she's up at night again. She started sleeping at night consistently the day I took wheat bread out of her diet. That still left Quaker Cereal Bars (a real favorite), and Kellogg's cereals, which I knew were no-nos, but didn't want to remove all at once. We've since discovered that soy is a problem, and I'm suspecting corn and sugar (or dyes) as the major culprits in her aggressiveness. Again, I hope she can tolerate small amounts of these. Guest guest
Lana, I absolutely believe that this diet has a positive effect on most of these kids sleep patterns! Fall to sleep easier, tend to stay asleep, maybe even a little longer. Has also been a benefit for my son. sleeping better on diet. > I was wondering if anyone else has noticed their child sleeping better on > this diet. I have not seen the other common improvements but my son seems to > be sleeping later and was wondering if this is indeed a positive beneficial > thing about this diet.
