Guest guest
Genetically modified corn could also have something to do with this. The Starlink corn that was approved only for animal feed but got into our food supply a few months ago has a protein in it that is supposed to make it more resistant to pests. It is only approved for animal use because of concern that the protein may cause an allergic reaction in humans. The company that makes this corn has found traces in another variety of corn. ISN'T THAT NICE!!!!!!!!!! Ann in Memphis
Guest guest
I have to agree about soy and opiates; my daughter did not test allergic to soy, but showed the same kind of behavior with it as she did with gluten. She improved a lot when I removed it. Now I am starting to wonder about corn as well. Any easy way to know if a corn product is made with yellow corn or white corn?
